At Bidetwash, we believe delivery should feel as smooth as the product itself.

Clear timing. Clear costs. No surprises.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 15:00 CET are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 15:00 CET are processed the next business day.

Handling time (1–2 business days) covers:

  • Order verification

  • Quality check

  • Secure packaging

  • Handover to the carrier

Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time begins.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands

  • Belgium

  • Germany

  • France

  • EU member states

  • All country's upon request

We do not ship to:

  • PO boxes

  • Military addresses

  • Conflict zones/countries

If your country is not available at checkout, we are not currently shipping there. Send us an email to check possibilities. 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €100

  • €4.95 flat rate for orders below €100

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

No hidden fees.

4. No-Installation Shipping Rule

We deliver the product to your door.

Bidetwash does not:

  • Provide installation services

  • Coordinate plumbers

  • Schedule in-home setup

Your package includes:

  • The Bidetwash unit

  • Standard mounting hardware

  • Installation manual

Installation remains your responsibility.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your delivery in real time

Tracking is typically sent within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact support.

6. Inspecting Your Delivery (Important)

Bidetwash products contain ceramic components and integrated electronics.

When your order arrives:

  1. Inspect the outer box before signing

  2. If visible damage is present, note it with the carrier

  3. Take clear photos of the packaging

  4. Contact Bidetwash within 48 hours

Failure to report transit damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility.

Do not install a damaged unit.

7. Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

Once an order has been:

  • Processed

  • Or shipped

We cannot guarantee address changes.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Public holidays
